We're Hiring: P/T Content Project Coordinator

Pay: $35 per hour

This is a paid, flexible contract role (up to 10-15 hours per week, depending upon workload & needs).

The Content Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with sub-contractors, and client-facing teams, assisting with project management and providing support with other content and operational functions to drive business goals.

Duties to include:

  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence

  • Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings

  • Use existing templates to create project estimates and timelines, adjusting as needed to align with client requirements

  • Set up and maintain team tasks (via Asana) and communicate deliverables and timelines to the team

  • Content planning and mapping for client projects

  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines

  • Manage client requests and assign to the appropriate resource

  • Process internal information requests

  • Oversee high-engagement social media content and blog posts that reflect client brand's goals

  • Support the facilitation of design activities, including creative briefs, content planning, and design requests

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred). OR equivalent experience.

  • At least two years of experience in the field

  • You have a demonstrated learning ability and a desire to continue learning

  • You are flexible with your schedule and are comfortable with contract work
