Re-Design and Development.


The Situation

The University Neighbourhoods Association (MYUNA) wanted to improve the communication, branding, and user-friendliness of its email newsletter. They also wanted to enhance its readability and brand recognition.  

The Process

The Good Digital team started by conducting a discovery session to understand MYUNA and its stakeholders. This groundwork included a discussion about pain points, the needs of the target audience, and communication goals.


Next, we executed a simplified newsletter redesign and a clear information hierarchy. With the MYUNA team's approval, we implemented the design into a functional newsletter using Mailchimp. 

The Results

The communication, branding, and user-friendliness of the MYUNA email newsletter, also known as MYUNA, were improved. Through these efforts, we also enhanced readability and brand identity consistency.
